In order to access an emergency vet, please telephone our normal number where you will be directed to access the duty vet.

We now use East Lincolnshire Emergency Service (ELEV) out of hours, a local emergency care unit staffed by a dedicated team of night staff at Black Sheep Vets in Louth. Vets and nurses at ELEV only work at night and over weekends and bank holidays, so they are fresh and ready to assist you and your pet should the need arise.

In the unfortunate circumstance that your pet needs emergency care outside our routine consulting times, rest assured ELEV are on hand to provide any help required. All of our in-patients requiring overnight care are supervised round the clock by our dedicated team of nurses with support from the veterinary team , so your pet will not be left alone at night.
